Shipping Information

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Once you've placed your order, we get to work right away! All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Kalimpong, WB within 2 working days. Depending on your location, you can expect to receive your green treasures within 2-6 working days from the date of dispatch. You can track your order every step of the way by clicking here.

Shipping Charges

Good news! We offer free shipping on all orders over Rs.499. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will apply, which will be calculated at checkout.

Can you return plants?

As much as we love our plants, they aren't great travelers. To protect our leafy friends from transit stress, we don't accept returns on plants. But don't worry, we guarantee that every plant will arrive at your doorstep in great condition.

Can you return non-plant products?

Yes. If any non-plant product reaches you in a damaged state, we’ve got you covered.

We select the best products to support and enhance your plant life. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unused or unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Simply reach out to our customer support team to start the process.

What if you are not happy with the product?

If you are not satisfied with the product received, you can follow the steps below to send the product back to us:

  • You can self-return the item within seven days from the delivery date.
  • We will send a replacement or initiate a refund to your original payment method once we receive the product.
