1. Plants: No Returns

Due to the delicate nature of plants, we do not accept returns on any plant purchases. Shipping can be stressful for plants, and returning them can cause further harm. However, we guarantee that every plant will arrive in healthy condition.

2 . Non-Plant Products: Returns Accepted

If you receive any non-plant product in a damaged or defective state, you can return it to us. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return for Non-Plant Products

2. Prepare the Product for Return

Ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging. Securely pack the item to prevent any damage during transit. 

3. Shipping the Return

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to us. Please use a reliable shipping service with tracking capabilities to ensure the item reaches us safely.

Refund Process

  • Inspection

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

If you prefer an exchange over a refund, please let our customer support team know. We will be happy to assist you in selecting a replacement product.

Conditions and Limitations

  • Damaged Plants

If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide a photo of the plant, and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or offering store credit.

  • Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as gift cards and perishable goods, are not eligible for returns or refunds.

  • Sale Items

Sale items can be returned or exchanged only if they arrive damaged or defective.
